Travel Requirements (download)

All travel requests should be made as early as possible. In all cases complete and documented travel itineraries must be presented to Dr. Rhoda’s office no later than three weeks prior to departure. These details must include hotel booking, airline schedule, and contact information for the Host Organization with a personal point of contact. Confirmation of hotel and airline payments also must be sent three weeks prior to departure. Dr. Rhoda’s schedule is full, therefore the implementation of the following will facilitate his arrival at your destination prepared to speak and teach.

The Host Organization, Church, or Individual agrees to provide:

Round trip airline tickets, coach class, within the continental United States, from Little Rock, Arkansas.

Round trip, first class, airline tickets for all travel to destinations outside the continental United States, from Little Rock, Arkansas.

Suitable hotel accommodations for the duration of the trip.

Transfers to and from the airport and hotel.

Two meals a day.

A local host/interpreter.

The area of speaking fees, offerings, or other financial gifts is a point of negotiation, and should be discussed and agreed upon prior to travel arrangements being finalized.

Dr. Rhoda will speak and teach for as long as the host needs on the following subjects:
